Full Order Cancellation

Partial Order Cancellation

In case of any purchase made through unethical means or by taking advantage of a technical glitch, or misusing the offer terms/guidelines/codes, the particular order/s will be canceled, and no refund will be provided. Additionally, for users placing multiple/bulk orders and returning/canceling the same, we reserve the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee, potentially the entire order amount. If we find that a customer has misused the offer falsifying the Email ID or Mobile Number, we will cancel the order, and no refund will be processed.Return & Replacement Policy
Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
- a) Sam & Marshall Eyewear offers a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.
- b) Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account, calling customer care at https://wa.me/+918178913109 , +918178913109, or sending an email to info@samandmarshalleyewear.in with order details.
- c)After the return request, customers need to pack the entire product, including packing material, invoice, and all accessories, and keep it ready for pick-up
- d) Our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition. If the product is found damaged, in used condition, or any accessory is missing, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- e) For Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered for customized lenses. If wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order or any other issue from the customer’s end, a refund will not be processed.
- f) If a user places multiple/bulk orders and returns the same, we reserve the right to charge a substantial return fee.
- g) Any product can be replaced or returned only once.
- h) All COD charges are non-refundable.
